i found the location superb.. the hotel is so central. i also really appreciated the detailed arrival information i got via whatsapp, it ensured my arrival was super smooth and stress-free. the communication was prompt, friendly and helpful.. a welcome change!
the room i got was slightly smaller than expected based on the pictures i saw online. it wasn't a major issue, but clearer photos of all room types would be beneficial.

this hotel had a super location near the rialto bridge. i found it safe and easy walking to main attractions. a coffee shop i found was just one minute away. they also have gluten free restaurants close.
the stairway felt a little narrow when i had my suitcase. it was a little tough to take the suitcase up.
